Seventeen years of relevant experience with start-up of Mikron, with Philips Semiconductors, as software vendor and system integrator with Grips Electronics and in the field of RFID research and development with Infineon followed studies in electronics and communications engineering at the University of Technology in Graz, Austria. Many years of market experience in the fields of product development and system integration, the realization of various pilot and customer projects and the development of RFID products form the basis for Gauby’s core competences in high-level RFID consulting, electronic development and chip design, research and development as well as software and system integration.
Sabine Sill
Managing Director, CFO
Sabine Sill joined Enso Detego GmbH (formally RF-iT Solutions) in 2006 as Director Controlling and Finance and was appointed CFO in 2011. She has more than 15 years of experience in all areas of financial issues in high-growth technology companies. Previous appointments include Director of Controlling and Finance at Mikron (now NXP) and Komptech, two successful Austrian technology companies. Prior to joining RF-iT she served as Senior Consultant at Austin, Pock &Partners, a consultancy for technology and science based businesses and as Consultant at the Styrian Business Promotion Agency, responsible for the evaluation of innovative projects. Sabine Sill holds a degree in Business Administration of the Karl-Franzens- University of Graz.
Matthias Weitlaner
Co-Founder, Director Product Development
The co-founder of Enso Detego GmbH (formally RF-iT Solutions) and head of product development created You-R® OPEN in his department of 12 colleagues and takes the responsibility for further developments of You-R® OPEN, as well as presentations and training in the pre-sales area. After a secondary technical college for communications engineering and electronics in Braunau, Upper Austria, Salzburg-born Weitlaner studied electrical engineering with a focus on computer engineering and communications engineering in Graz and acted as co-founder of RF-iT Solutions after 10 years with a producer of automation technology and 5 years with Infineon.
