Today companies and institutes spend a lot of time searching for printed documents within their company. This is time-consuming, cost-intensive and inefficient. Solutions provided by other vendors often demand a software installation on the customer's PC, or there is no chance to interact with the user via a display on the reader.
Solution
RF-iT Solutions developed a web-based application which is very successfully implemented e.g. at patent lawyers and hospitals. The application only needs a standard web browser on the client PCs and stores al data in a SQL-database which is installed on a central server in the company.
